All ranks purchased on this server are intended to be permanent and do not expire. Once purchased, you will retain access to the rank and its associated perks indefinitely.

However, the server owner, jiayang, reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke rank access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or refund. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Removal or addition of perks, commands, or benefits

  • Changes to rank features or functionality

  • Temporary or permanent restriction of rank usage

  • Server resets, updates, or gameplay changes that may affect rank value

By purchasing a rank, you acknowledge that rank benefits are subject to change and that no compensation will be provided for modifications or removals.

Additionally, the server’s Terms of Service and rules may be updated or changed at any time, with or without notice. Continued play on the server constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. There are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances.

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim through your payment provider, the following actions will be taken immediately:

  1. You will be permanently banned from the server with no appeal.

  2. Your in-game assets, including your inventory, ender chest contents, and base, will be forfeited and distributed to other players.

  3. Any teammates or players found to have collaborated with you may also be permanently banned, at the discretion of staff.

Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent disputes and abuse of digital services.
Any chargeback or payment reversal will be contested and may result in action including, but not limited to:

  • Reporting the dispute to the payment processors

  • Providing evidence to your bank or card issuer

  • Permanent removal of access to all server services
